Institute of Data Processing Management of Nigeria
The Institute of Data Processing Management of Nigeria offers a structured academic programme designed to equip students with practical knowledge and professional competencies in data processing, information management, and related fields. The programme is divided into three main academic levels: Parts I & II (Ordinary National Diploma – OND), Parts III & IV (Higher National Diploma – HND), and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD). Each level builds progressively, providing students with foundational knowledge, advanced concepts, and specialized training relevant to their area of study.

The IDPM Professional Programme is a structured, flexible learning track designed to elevate:

- • Lower and senior cadre employees aiming to formalize their qualifications
- • Corporate executives pursuing managerial and technical advancement
- With a self-paced format, the programme accommodates full-time professionals, part-time learners, and individuals balancing education with work or personal responsibilities.
Examination Structure
The Institute conducts Exam in July and December every year in the following levels:
- Foundation Certificate in Data Processing Management
- Professional Diploma in Data Processing Management
- Graduate Diploma in Data Processing Management
- Professional Diploma in Computer Data Engineering

Entry Qualifications
- Foundation Certificate (WASC or SS3 Students)
- Professional Diploma (At least 5 credits at WASC, SSCE plus IDPM Foundation or OND)
- Graduate Diploma (IPDM Professional Diploma. HND. B.SC.)
- Associate/Post Graduate Diploma (IDPM Graduate Diploma or Graduate of Computer Science or Management students)
